Our Next Quarterly Meeting Date

Please join us for our quarterly HOA meeting. This meeting will give those that would like to pay dues in person the opportunity, ask questions of the board, review the annual budget, and meet your neighbors.

Leaf pick up is important for protecting our drains from clogging and flooding the road. Lets keep our street safe this fall. Each home is responsible for cleaning up the leaves from the trees on their property and maintaining yard appearance.

Mailbox Replacement Update

The insurance company has approved the claim for the mailbox to be replaced. We have submitted payment for the mailbox to be manufactured. As soon as it is ready they will schedule installation. The post master has already been notified that we have this happening and will come out to rekey the box when it is here.

Each resident can request a copy of the CC&R's that outline the bylaws of Vistagreen Homeowners Association. You can find the PDF document here on the site, we can send it to you electronically via email, or if you prefer a paper copy we will gladly provide that as well. Let us know what you would prefer and we can get you a copy right away.
